98 camry Starter install problems

Ok, 98 Toyota Camry install. Ive done a few of these installs on other vehicles, so when a friend asked me, I said I would give it a try.

I connected everything to the harness and car starts, but keeps activating the starter . It is supposed to have a voltage sensing unit, but seems to be not working right. So I am going to connect the tact wire.
Directions say that I can connect under the hood to a gray, or black wire. But what I am wondering is if there is a tact wire somewhere under the dash so I don't have to go through the firewall.

Next. Do the 98's need to have a key sensor connected? and where is that. I noticed that there are 3 plugs going to the ignition. Big plug(power) then two little ones. Each of which has 2 wires going in. One has blue wires the other Black. Are these key sensing, or do I not need to worry about them.

Thanks.
