98 ABS problem

Hello,
I have a 98 toyota 4cy, I got an abs light, so I did just like you told someone on the forum to do and I got 36(3 flashes, a break then 6 flashes) The cruise was also flashing. Could you tell me what that code means. Thanks,

Slomo

Apparently, you have the Bosch manufactured ABS ....
Code 36 is shown on p. 542 of the Diagnostic section ... Gen 4 online manual
Code 36 is described as:
'open circuit in front left wheel speed sensor circuit'

For additional details, go to p. 552 of the Diagnostic Section.
