No-start on 95?

I'm not 100% on the year(it is a later Gen 3), but my neighbor's Camry wouldn't start this morning. He said over the past few days, it has just barely been starting in the mornings. Once it has started, he said it drives ok and throws no codes. It also will start fine when he is leaving work for lunch, home etc...
This morning he cranked on it until teh battery went down - he said it didnt even act like it was trying to start. The fuel pump is coming on and nothing that I noticed looked like it had come lose. I thought it might be the TPS or whatever that controls the startup when it is cold. But, I figure it would throw a code.
Any suggestions?

Sounds like temperature related. I would check Intake Air Temp Sensor (IAT)and Engine Coolant Temp Sensor (ECT). Did he try holding the accelerator to the floor or spraying starter fluid down the intake?

Try the on line manual at the top of this forum. It worked for me when I wrote this...
