97 camry headlights...

Hi everyone, I had a quick question I was hoping someone could help me out with. I am not too crazy about the headlight lenses on my car (97 CE V6) because they are not clear like the gen4.5, but instead have that "frosted/textured" look, (I dont know what to call it). I want to change this, so I thought maybe I could just replace the front lenses with the lenses off of the newer 4th gen camrys (2000-2001), but then I read the conversion DIY, and supposedly the 2000 and 2001 headlights are a bit taller. Does anyone know of anthing I could do to change this, I also read the "headlight lens clearing DIY," but the pictures were inactive...If I follow this procedure, will it result in what I'm hoping to achieve? Any help will be greatly appreciated, and sorry for the long post. Thanks

u can also save urself some money and see if you can get a set of these custom clear lenses for the gen4.
