1997 Camry - PO753 Shift Solenoid "A" Electrical

I have a 1997 Camry CE, which check engine light on. When I check the error code I get, PO753 Shift Solenoid "A" Electrical. How can I fix this? Thanks.

This solenoid controls 1st gear shifting, it can be accessed for testing by removing the trans oil pan. The link below provides excess to detailed testing procedures.
