Changing rear bulbs

Hi all, I've tried searching, and I know its somewhere (I remember reading about it), but

how do you remove the interior trunk trim to get to the rear lights (brake, signal, reverse)?

and how do you remove the high mount? I've found instructions for gen 4, and I found a couple of black clips on the gen 3.5, but i didn't want to tuck too hard and break it...
