This has probably been answered, but did you have to make any modifications or beef up the wiring harness at all? I've heard parts of the harness can melt from the increased power flow ... or maybe that's just Fords.
Because I am seriously considering doing that to my car :P

i made my own custom wire harness with 14 AWG wires for power and ground, draw power directly from battery with 2 of 15A inline fuse to each ballast, and use the low beam headlight socket to trigger the 12V relay to switch the HID on and off. so basically putting minimal current load on the oem headlight wiring.
i guess i did modified/beefed up my wire harness then.
Looks great! One of the best Gen 3 retrofits I've seen. As for the relay, I actually had to do the same thing with my HID kit, which works great since you aren't trying to pull more current through the stock harness then it can handle.
