VSV on the charcoal canister at fuel tank, above rear suspension cross arm mount.
Nothing urgent, so wait till the snow is gone.

P0441 Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow
P0446 Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Malfunction

The fuel tank is sealed to prevent gasoline emissions. The charcoal canister absorbs any gas fumes, stores them. The fumes are then directed to the engine to be burned when running. The system has a pressure sensor to detect if the tank remains pressured. If the tank depressurizes, the codes are tripped indicating an air leak somewhere or one of the system components is not working.

If both P0441 and P0446 check for malfunction in VSV for EVAP, VSV for vapor pressure sensor, vapor pressure sensor. Cracked or blocked vacuum hose charcoal canister leak and fuel tank overflow check valve leak.

The converter does not have any electrical connections; you may be taking about the A/F sensors. These codes are not related to the either of these areas.

Start by checking for cracked leaking hoses and a damaged canister.
