Hey, I'm redoing my suspension setup I currently have sprint springs with tokico hp blue, my order of ksports coilovers should be in sometime next week. I want to have a 1 day install of both the coilovers and poly bushings. So I went out and ordered the bushing from energy now I have a problem. The front control arm kit is fine, no problem there. All the problem starts in the rear the kit 8.3118 for the rear control arms for the camry isn't a complete set. The new bushings are two piece bushings, The kit came with 8 pieces (4 bushings) and 4 shafts for the bushings. 4 bushings aren't enough for our rear suspension setup. Which lateral arm does this kit fit the front arm which is non adjustable or the rear arm which is adjustable? I located the trailling arm bushings through toyheadauto.com but he hasn't responded to e-mails and its been over a week now. Does any body know where I can get the bushing for the trailing arms? and also for which lateral arm I'm missing? Thank you sorry for the long write up
have you checked with autozone? i know this sounds dumb, but they carry all the energy suspension parts, i priced out my car at around 100 bucks for everything. (gen4 as well)
now for the question, what ya gonna do with the old suspension
The energy suspension kit doesn't fit any of the lateral arms. It fits the what I think you are calling the trailing arm. The arm that runs front to back. The arm that bolts to the rear knuckle and then to the body. I don't think anyone sells just bushings for the adjustable lateral arm. I'm not sure about the non-adjustable lateral arm but I've haven't found bushing for that one either.
oh k I went back and looked at them and Kmr16442 you are right the contral arm they stll in the Energy kit is is for the trailing arms and they don't sell anything for the lateral control arm, BESIDES TOYHEADAUTO BECAUSE HE HASN;T RESPONDED TO MY E-MAILS FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS NOW does any body know where I can get the rest of the bushing for the rear (TWO LATERAL CONTROL ARMS)
well, with alot of searching and time I'm proud to let the forum know that I have located the poly bushing for the front (non adjustable ) lateral control arm through a company called SUPERPRO bushing they are currently working alongside Tien so their bushings are available through local Tien distributors!!! along with the lateral control arm I also found the bushing for the rack and pinion.

You'll have to contact Your local Tein distributor for the bushing I was talking about, the part number is 1105k, this will take care of the front lateral control arm only or so they say, I'm still waiting since Tein just began selling these bushing which are made in AUS. they don't have alot of them in stock, so you're looking at a 10 week order because they are made once they are ordered the other part that they had in stock was the steering rack bushing, The energy bushing for the rear is only for the trailing arm which runs the length of the car. The problem with the adjustable lateral control arm which is the last bar that goes side to side is that its not a regualr bushing which which shaft, it is a ball and socket setup, I've been doing some more reseach trying to find out if I press that ball N socket part out will I be able to put in the bushing kit for the non adjustable arm bushing kit on the the adjustable one, my last idea would be to get spherical bushing and press it in
