3rd Generation Gen 3 Horn Upgrade

Has anyone replaced their original horn on the Gen 3 to one that doesn't sound like a "BEEP " ?

If so,what did you replace it with ?

I did...I just bought some generic horns from the local auto parts store...anything GM will work, or just go to a junk yard.

It was like $25...so not too expensive. Just remember, the Gen 3's have two horns, one at the front, and the other deep down in the left side of the engine bay.

On this same subject....has anyone been able to use air horns off the connections from the original horn, or did they HAVE to run new wire? My dad has 2 sets of air horns he isnt using...so Im thinking of doing this 'upgrade'.

Thanks guys.
