Fr Endlink Torque specs

Anyone know the torque spec for the Front swaybar endlink nuts for a 99 Camry? Trying to help a friend change theirs and the dealership is bing a PITA and won't give out this info, and she of course doesn't have a Chilton's manual for it.

Thanks!
