98 1MZFE Front Pipe Catalytic Standard Transmission

Need some help please!, I have a 1998 V6 Camry with the 1MZFE engine. It meets both California and Federal Emissions. I bought it new in Massachusetts. I've been doing tons of research trying to find an aftermarket catalytic converter with Y-Pipe or what Toyota calls a "front pipe".

If you look on a Toyota OEM parts sites, Toyota has different pricing for the auto vs standard versions but they never tell you the part numbers.

Most of the aftermarket suppliers like DEC and Walker say their's are for Auto transmissions. I found good pring on an Eastern 40391 however it doesn't say whether it matters if its auto or manual. Just says its 48.5 inches long and 19.5" center to center on the Y pipe flanges. It does look a lot like my stock unit in the photos.

Anyone with a V6, Cal emissions, manual transmission find something that works.
If you know specifically that the Eastern unit will fit that would be a big help. I have an email into them also.

What do you need? A precat? Can you take a pic of the pipe, I am having a hard time understanding what your problem is. My friend has a manual 98 v6, I could ask him.
