What is the best way to have a turbo Camry? Turbo the stock motor? (Mine is a 95 what motor is that? ), 3S-GTE swap? Looking for a simple reliable solution.
The car is a project btw, not even running right now, looking to built it so I can have it as a daily and stop driving a race car on the street everyday my back is killing me and 5 point harness every day sucks.

there isnt really a simple and reliable solution with the camry. Try searching around for info if you havent, there is a lot of discussion about this topic on the forum already. What kind of power do you want to make and what are you looking to spend?
Richierichjp, myself and a couple others a turboing the stock 5s, swegyptian has a 3sgte. Now you know who to ask after you have exhausted the search button.

umm dude if ouy want to be different i'd say go and turbo the stock engine...most likely you got a 5sfe ( 4 cylinder ) if yuo got a v6 there are a couple of guys here that have 1mzfte ( i thinks thast the engine ) also if you do have the 5s i recommend you go and check out www.6gc.net although they are celicas they turbo the 5s...good info on that too

in terms of swapping the 3S-GTE, you can try to PM member "swegyptian" and check out www.swegyptian.com for pics and parts lists and what-not .... the only other member on TN that i can think of is "Wraith" - but you really dont see either of them around that much anymore

Wraith parted out a long time ago and as far as I know, doesnt come here hardly ever
