3rd Generation projectors headlight

hi everyone, as you can see the title is pretty precise on what i'm looking for right now.

since i am a new member ill present myself

i am from Quebec and i got a 96 DX camry 2.2l, most of the modds that i add to my car are on the sound system. i am still working on my SQ sound system.

i am looking for new headlights but i cant find anything on internet even though i've been searching for hours.

do they make one peace projectors for Gen3?

i dont really want a precise model, i would like to see some model first to get decided but here on the forum i saw some pictures of camry with clearheadlight or even HID projectors so i guess i could get some for my ride

thank you for you answers.

search function on this forum will be ur best friend on this. its a completly custom job, usually requiring you to mod a set of depot clear headlights and put projectors in. theres plenty of posts about it around so ulkl have tons of info avalible.

^What they said.

Nobody makes (good) projectors headlamps (for the Camry). It is a custom job.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

^ What he said, but they don't make any projector headlights at all for the Gen 3/3.5

You could buy the Depo clear lights for the 92-94, and then swap to a new grille and hood so they fit correctly on your 95-96 since they slightly differ. Then, you will need to order some universal projectors and do a retrofit. For more information on the retrofit, just search on here and you'll fine everything you need.

Hope that helps.

I'd definitely want to see some cutoff shots, but with that price, its pretty unbeatable. I'm surprised they still haven't been sold yet... but eh, what do you expect from the Camry community?

bigbird, stop giving him 92-94 Gen 3 information when he clearly stated that he has a 1996, which is the Gen 3.5, so the DEPOs wont fit, and neither will your old headlights

you would have to do one of the following two options:

+ Convert your front end to a Gen 3 [1992-1994] front end, which means changing the headlights, grille, and either trimming or swapping the front bumper

+ Disassemble your current headlights, sand them until they are clear [there is a DIY on the forums] and do your own retrofit
