Attaching lips to cars?

Hello,

I usually get all my car help here so I was wondering if someone could just tell me how lips are attached to autos... Are they screwed on or glued? If they are screwed on, can someone tell me about the type of screws, where I can find them, etc?

I know this is a really easy question, but I have a cousin who is trying to put a lip on his car and wants me to help. I want to make sure I know whats going on before I try to even help.

self tapping screws and double sided tape (automotive).

i would use both, screws and double sided tape.

automotive double sided tape and screws for most stuff.

The best screws I used to attach a lip on a car is at a local Hardware store. Screws for Metal works very good on plastic bumpers. Also I used 3M Industrial Outdoor double Sided tap and works very well.

maybe if you all keep saying the same thing i said twelve hours ago over and over it'll make you as cool as me...unlikely, but i guess anything's possible .

Mine is attached with Screws, no tape yet because i have to paint it still.
