how to open master window power button panel,

hi friends i want to replace my master r window power buttons panel on the driver side. so how do i open it. can show me step by step with screen shots , or some manual or may be tell exactly how to open.
this is the one i am talking about.Mine is 96 camry LE.

If you don't get a satisfactory response from the forum here .... suggest going to the nearest salvage yard and getting one that you can 'tear up' ... in an educational sense.
No.... I don't personally know how they are put together.
What seems to be the problem ... sporadic or unusual response when you activate the switches?

i think you just pry at the edges

taking the door panel off may make it easier
