Window engine problem

My right passenger window in my Camry 92 is not working, when i measure the volt (V) in the wires that goes to the window engine it show 12,..V to the window engine, but the resistance in the window engine is only 0,7ohm (Ω). Does anyone know how much the ohm in the window engine should be?

you may just need a new window regulator. that seems to be a common issue with older cars. I dont know how many ohms it needs but you may wat to try testing it with a window that is working correct;y in your camry. Also, if the door panel has been taken off and put back on, sometimes if the panels have been screwed in too tight, it causes more resistence for the window to go up.

I am afraid that i have to change the window regulator. But the thing that makes me mad is that i doesn't find one single data sheet on the window motor. I haven't put the door panel on yet, and it still won't go, so i think the motor is dead (R.I.P) But thx for the advises Admiral

If you download the Gen 3 repair manual ... look in the section called Body Electrical.
On p. 87, there is a description of a procedure for testing the window motors.
Basically, you just disconnect the motors and apply 12V from the battery to determine if they will rotate. .... If your motor is working, this section also has some other diagnostic procedures for checking the window switches.
