3rd Generation change of cilinder head gasket

Hi...
well I think my cylider head gasket is leaky in my V6 I want to repair it mself. I've downloaded the Camry Repair manual from toyotanation ,but I have o 3VZ-FE engine and in the manual is the 1MZ-FE. And now I have i few questions:
1) What differences are betwen the 1MZ-FE and the 3VZ-FE, are the cylinder heads in the 3VZ the same as shown in the manual where the 1MZ is descripted.

2)what should I do otherwise in the 3VZ than in the 1MZ to take of the cyliderhead off.

3)are the torrque of the cylinder head bolts the same in bouth engines?

I have a few question else, but now i just whant to know that^^^

sory for my bad english

I highly recommend doing valve, water and timing job while you there. Buy new set of bolts 4 heads, do not re-use the old ones cause they stretch.

I mean valve adjustment or shims replacement if necessary. Get a good quality head gasket, do not save money on this one, get one that has a layer of copper.
