Check Engine Light P0401, P0402, P0440

I am having a problem getting my Toyota Camry CE 2001 emissions passed because of the check engine light. Anyways, I am looking for suggestions to do. By the way I already replaced the gas cap that i purchased from Autozone. And I made sure I screwed on the gas cap until I hear 3 clicks or so. I have reset the codes several times since I had this check engine light for over a year. And I get the same codes show up.

Here are the codes that I am getting

P0401 EGR Flow Insufficient Detected
P0402 EGR Flow Excessive Detected
P0440 EVAP Control System Malfunction

sticking egr take it off clean it out if that dosen't work time for a new one
