O2 Sensors 97 V6 Camry

I need to change out the 02 sensors on my 97 V6 Camry LE. Can anyone recommend good sensors Denzo vs Bosch, or any other brand? Plus any tips or tricks on the replacement process would be helpful. Can I use the old connectors or should I change out everything? Do I really need an O2 sensor socket? Where is the upstream firewall side O2 sensor exactly?
