if it going for the cheap maybe the seller wan to get rid of it, or its refurbished so somethings wrong it wit, if you wanna give it a shot go ahead but be ready for the consequences

isnt that how Garrett makes them?

IMO, i would probably think its fine since he's had positive reviews about other t3/t4 turbos ....

however, if i bought it, i would inspect it for shaft play and such the like, and get it rebuilt immediately if i thought it was in poor shape

What utter nonsense! All you need to do is weld the turbocharger to the existing exhaust manifold and use some drain pipe you stole from your neighbors to route the compressor side into the intake manifold. Instant 200 additional horsepower!
