They sell the correct glue at auto part stores. You need to remove the mirror from the piece you glue on and let it dry before installing the mirror.

Mine is glued, but then I installed a Gentex with compass, temp, auto dimming and map lights. This is the best up-grade to my auto to date.

Mine cost around $300, but I got everything except home link. The site has pics and a list of all the car companys (including Toyota) the installs them in new cars.
It was fairly easy to install and I love the auto dimming.

Yep. Just stop by your local autostore and buy the correct glue.

I had my echo's mirror fall off. I took it to a major glass shop (O'Brien) and they did it for me FOR FREE hahahaha...Then weeks later found out, the special glass glue costs $50aud.
(The guy cleaned the residue that was on the glass and then he holds the mirror for 20sec, then let it set for 10mins, then went home)

so try my technique if it doesn't work then just pay up!

go to any auto shop and ask for a window/glass glue. You can use Superglue but SERIOUSLY I wouldn't.
