Crystal Clear Headlamps

Ok, so i FINALLY decided to work on the Camry once again after a year long absense. I was browsing cardomain.com and noticed that a lot of people have crystal clear headlamp assemblies for their Camry.

I want those. The problem is, everytime I search for crystal clear headlamps for my Camry, all I get is replacement headlamps.

Does anybody know where I can get the CRYSTAL CLEAR headlamps or are the stock headlamps the same as the CC ones?

Thanks for your help!

They don't make them for your car. They are the Depo clears and are only made for the 1992-1994 (gen 3) Camrys, according to your profile you have a 1996 (gen 3.5).

Do you think that the ones for the 94 would fit?

If you want to put the gen 3 lights in your car you also need to get the gen 3 front grill and trim down your front bumper so that the grill will fit. I'm not sure if the lights bolt directly up, but I know it can be done. It just take some work and customization. Search this topic, it has been discussed many times.

lights fit fine, you just wont be able to use the 3.5 grille. get a gen 3 grille and instead of trimming the bumper, trim the grille.....thats what im going to do

Yeah, I just want the lights in. I dont really want a new grill at the moment.

Thats cool that they are gonna fit. I cant wait to get them in. The stock lights look so foggy.

you could just clear the lense yourself, but it's a lot of work.

You can get Depo clear headlights + corner lights on eBay...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DEPO-...spagenameZWDVW

You can also get the Depo black clears like eyeball96 just installed on his '94 coupe...

Contact fellow TN member greg cheban. He's made clear lenses for gen4s. I've contacted him about custom clears for the gen 3.5s. I'm getting the 1st prototypes since he's using my old headlights to make the molds. Here's the original thread...

97 Toyota Camry Retrofit

Get in touch with him, and see if you can get a group buy going.

you can find the lights on ebay, but ebay doesnt always have them. ive been watchin ebay for the lights and a cold air intake, which im going to have to make the piping myself, for my 94 2.2l and at times they have the lights and others they dont and sometimes they're rediculously priced. saw a drivers side pair one time for like 300.
