Question about exhaust leak! My 1999 Solara SLE V6 auto
I did seafoam today (119k miles) and the car was smoking for the longest time. I did notice that the smoke was pouring out around where the exhaust manifold (header) meets the engine. I'm guessing I need a new Gasket right?
Now my question is... can this exhaust leak cause my check engine light to come on? It's been on a while and the mechanic replaced the 02 sensor. Light went off.. then went on again. Still reading o2 sensor error , bank #1. What should I do? Car runs fine otherwise.
(and yeah I will do an oil change soon due to the seafoaming!)
