Front Fender Replacement?

So some asshole hit me pretty hard while I was in the doctor's office. Looks like he was pulling out and dragged the corner of his bumper across my front wheel clear to the middle of the driver's door leaving a nasty dent (he hit it hard enough to lock the steering wheel!)

Obviously I can get a door at the junk yard, but does anyone know how hard it is to replace the front fender? Is it a bolt off part or do I need to cut and weld?

the fender is an easy replacement, just a handfull of bolts hold it on.
