Without having the airbag fault scanned there's no way to really tell. I tend to suspect the bulb myself. What's more, I'll bet that you need a special scanner for the airbag circuit (meaning that you'll need to pay a mechanic to do the scan but call around and see if anyone will scan it for free). In the meantime, figure your airbags won't work in an emergency and make sure that everyone buckles up properly.
