4th Generation 1MZ Starter and 3MZ Swap

hey guys,
2 questions:

1) anyone have the part number or is selling a starter that works for a 1997 1MZ??? what makes the starter go bad? Can i just replace the contacts? or does it need the whole thing (Starts it after say 3 cranks)

2) is a 3MZ swap a direct bolt on? I saw milt's coupe, although I have the 97+ 1MZ, not the 94+ 1MZ (are they even different?)...just curious

Yes, the only thing I have been unable to use is the EGR tube, so I blocked it off.
