3rd Generation S51/s53
What type of a 5 speed manual gearbox did toyota put on their GEN 3 Camrys there in the US? Is it an S51?

E153 is the V6 5SPD.

IIRC the S51, S53, and S54 all go to the 5SFE (but some are from the celica or MR2 w/ 5SFE)

i think the S51 is the one in the camry, but i'm not 100% sure. I think the s54 is from the celica, and the S53 from the MR2. But don't quote me on that.
