Thumbs up SAFC Wiring Pin-Out for 94 1MZ-FE

After finally going through the factory wiring diagrams (and because I'm finally installing mine after all these years- ), here are the pin-outs for the 94 1MZ-FE.

I would presume that the 95 would also be identical, but I will not speculate on the 96 since it is so similar to the 97s (even the ignition system is different).

Although I have not yet actually installed mine, Gino (2wickedtoyz) has confirmed that these are correct by installing his today according to these PIN#s.

haha, Gino's car is now running at like 5mpg rich. And for some reason, says there is no MAF. Yeah, gotta figure this one out!

did he reset the settings on the ecu?



as for the MAF thing...I think tony warned me about that back in the day. But it's strange since gino said that his obdII scanner could read MAF values...

on my car and on tony's car if I recall properly, the obdII scanner would read the MAF as a constant 0


well, when he figures it out, have him let me know. lol

ok i fixed it...crossed the maf wires....everything is fine now
king to make this better i would list what wires to use for the 1mz

red=power ignition +12volt
green=rpm signal
brown=ground close to ecu
black=ground farther from ecu
grey=throttle position sensor (tps) input
blue=airflow signal input #1 hotwire,flap, or pressure sensor**
white=airflow signal input #2 hotwire,flap, or pressure sensor */ **
yellow=airflow signal output hotwire,flap, or pressure sensor**

*use this one if you don't plan on adding a second maf ie: twin turbo 1mzfe
**also be sure the input is the signal from the maf and the output is the yellow to the ecu

also set the calibration for 1-1 as in one in and one out
