Oil in the water or water in the oil is typically a symptom of a blown head gasket. Do some "head gasket" searches to see if they fit your situation. There will be a lot more thorough discussion of what to do.

Yeah its probably the head gasket.

The reason for the misfire is because you are getting water inside the combustion chamber due to the head gasket leaking.

Are you losing antifreeze? Is it coming out of the tail pipe? Does the oil look like a milkshake?

If so then its the head gasket.

How to get the water out? Well...if you have water in your oil, you cant just take it out...its a bit more complicated than that. How did you determine there was water in the oil? We need more details than that.

Sorry should have been more clear, i was cleaning my engine bay and didn't notice that my plug wires weren't all the way down, so water got on them. I sucked all the water out of the holes and dried the wires and plugs; waited til the whole engine was dry and started it and that's when the problem started with the misfiring. So i pulled the plugs again and changed them and the wires and changed the oil. It ran good and then it started to do it again. i pulled the new wires out and saw water on them so i dried them, pulled the plugs dried them stuck a clear hose down the plug housings to suck out any water but nothing came out, let engine dry again put everything in and BAM it ran good again
