1992 how to adjust camry idle?

the idle seems to have increased over the years. is there anyway to adjust it down?

whats happening is after its warmed up the idle never goes lower then 1100rpm.
when the car was new it was sitting about 600-700 rpm.

so does anyone know how to adjust this thing?
i couldnt find a screw or anything on the throttle body.

3SFE engine does have an adjustment. 5SFE, I don't know. However, I doubt if it has become un-adjusted. I suspect that you have a combination of a deteriorating sensor and/or dirty environmental system (IAC valve?). Also, the AC system has an idle up control. Maybe that is faulty. I would recommend a thorough cleaning and sensor testing before trying to adjust the idle.

Possible that the IAC rotary vane solenoid has become stuck ... not moving freely after cold engine startup sequence....
Also possible that a sensor ... maybe the oxygen sensor ... is sending an incorrect fuel adjustment signal to the ECU.
Is there any chance of checking the CEL codes in the ECU memory?.... There is a procedure for this ... OBD-1.
