Hi, my 99 camry had an engine failure and warning sign today morning

. I am looking for some help and suggestions here.

The engine failed to start for several times but I made it at last The warning sign looks like a car with lights on which was at left side of the panel. What does that mean? Because this is a used car, I don't have the manual with me.
Thanks for any suggestions.

It means you have a tail light out, nothing to do with the starting issue. No check engine light or anything?

No other warning signs. And after I finally made the engine to work, that tail light out sign also disappeared.

I hope I can still use this car until this weekend when I have time to check and repair it.
