I have the mirror, the metal tube and the windshield thing. If i try just pushing it in, its way to hard. Does anyone know the trick to making it fit in.

all of it, i have the mirror, tube and windshield mount with me.

I am thinking about putting the tube into the oven to heat it up and hopefully enlarge it. Any ideas on that?
