Transmission Issue

Hi Guys,
I have 1999 V6 Auto. I am having problems when I shift from D to R or R to D. It's kind of rough and makes a Thud Also it seems like the R engages a little late.
Is the transmission going bad. I have 124000 on the Odometer and did a transmission flush 10 thousand miles back.

possibly, have you ever changed the fluid before the flush? high miles on transmissions that never changed there fluid for well over 100k could do some harm. its rare, but think about it this way whatever was holding that transmission together you flushed it out. take it to a shop since diag over the internet isent really the good.
