1998 Tail Light question

I got a 1998 camry and my tail light have been bugging me



In that circled area, is there supposed to be a light in there? on my car it doesn't light up... but when i drive past other camrys i see some that do have a light in there....

Maybe just both of my lights are burnt out?

if i remember thats a 194 (like the guage bulbs) all of mine were blown, i put a red led in each one, but with the tinted teails it not real bright

Yeah I think there's a light in there
If you have your owner's manual it should tell you if that's the case and how to access it.
