Buyer Beware: K-sport Cartridges

so i replaced the blown strut cartridges today ... and i noticed that the new struts i received are a different design than the blown ones, and i think it has something to do with the fact that they blew

note how the top seal on the new ones is different, and the seal is what broke ... causing the old ones to go bad and leak ... so i think KSport realized this and changed the design

....if anyone has any more info, lemme know!

I would complain and see if you can get all new ones, mail them your old ones back

judging from experiance with this kinda stuff, they wont recall anything. if anything its a small quiet change that they hope people wont notice. calling them up wont do any good IMO. good lookin out

did you get them replaced under warrantee even though you aren't the original owner of those coilovers?

WhiteRabbit called in the warranty for me and sent me the new cartridges

so yeah, mine are basically good as new now and ready to rock ... drivin yesterday was quite interesting because ive never noticed how uneven the roads are until now

im gonna need a tighter seat if i keep these settings!

ill probably call in the rears before my warranty expires, but i have new fronts now so im not too worried

i got them used with already blown fronts, and those replacements came with the purchase ... so i didnt blow them

stiff as hell! i have it on Full Soft in front, and 2/3 Soft in Rear .... and i was being bounced all over the place on the highway

but its not unbearable, its pretty f*kin awesome!

how did you get the spring rate so low???? the stock springs are like 9/5 front and rear??? i got the springs on mine at 10/7.
