Front Seat removal

Hey everyone, I'm trying to replace my front seats on my Gen 3, but I'm having trouble taking off the plastic caps covering the bolts. I read that I have to use a Flat-Head screw driver to pop them off, but when I tried on a junk car, it proved harder than expected...

Question is: Are there exact points where I have to pry? If so, where are they and would I risk damaging the clips if I were to take them off?

Thanks for the help.

there are two clips on either side all you have to do is stick a screwdriver through the back of the cover and pry it off. it might seem like it could break but it shouldnt. btw when taking out the drivers seat, dont forget to disconnect the "no seat belt" dummy light wire.
