3rd & 4th Generation (1992–1996 & 1997–2001)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 1992-1996 & 1997-2001
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
Last august I sent him a money order for two Y-Pipes for my 3rd Gen.
In december he told me he was nearly done and it would take only a couple more weeks (wow, it has already been more than 4 months since he received the money order)
Since January I can't get in touch with him.. I leave messages on his cell phone and also at his parent's house
Two times I had the chance to talk to his parents and I left a message for him to call me back. I haven't got any call back even if his dad told me two weeks ago that HE would make sure I get a call back.
Anyone know what's happening with him? Anyone talked with him recently ?
Now I'm seriously thinking about legal procedures to either get back my money or get the damn y-pipes.. I don't want to get there but I think I have no choice
I'd really like to get some news about what's happening with him or if someone talks to him please let him know to contact me..
Thanks

Thanks I just sent him a PM.
From as far as I know, Toysrme have always been helping people and I don't really like that thread that I started but you're making it worth. I hope there is a good reason behind that so his reputation doesn't suffer from this incident with me.

That is absolute bs.
To have you strung along like that for months
That is bs to the max.
Keep harassing him. Leave messages all over the place, since you have his home phone. Call in the middle of the night. Haha just kidding (or am I?)
Maybe there is a misunderstanding somewhere. What was the time frame he quoted you earlier? Even if he was having personal problems, he should at least be telling you what is going on. It is just common courtesy
I feel for you. I'd be losing sleep if I was in fact getting scammed like that.
