theres the vid of it, could it be sparkplugs needing replacement? ive done seafoam on it and no difference

should be the valves... Generally I don't think it poses a problem other than being annoying somtimes. I believe you can get the valves adjusted and the tick will go away?

3rd Generation

My 2.2 has that exact same rattling sound in the valvetrain too but it goes away if I rev the engine a little. You probably need the valves adjusted for wear if you've got lots of kilometers on it.

My 95 V6 has had that tick since my parents bought it in '99. My mechanic says it's from switching back and forth between Dino and Synthetic oil.
