3rd Generation Trouble starting Generation 3 Toyota Camry

I have a 1994 Toyota Camry with 197,000 miles on it. For the past couple months, I have had trouble starting it. When I turn on the ignition, the starter cranks the engine but then it immediately stalls. If I give the engine some gas immediately after turning the ignition and keep the RPM at about 1000-2000 for about 2 minutes, the engine does not stall and I can drive normally. It never stalls on the road, including at stop lights. This problem starting the car only occurs when I haven't driven in for over 24h. I have changed the battery, spark plugs, wires, and distributor cap in the past month. I have never replaced the fuel filter on this car. Any ideas of what the problem could be? Thanks.

On a cold start the ECT sensor (Engine Coolant Temperature) "tells" the ECM that the engine is cold and the ECM adjusts the fuel delivery richer accordingly. Pull the specs from the manual and use a digital multi-meter to check it. That would be an easy first step.
