question about installing gaskets

i brought a head gasket set with the spark plug gaskets and such, how would i go about installing it? do i need to coat them with anything or do i just remove the old one and just put the new ones on?

ah

well, for the sparkplug grommets, it's easy...just bend the tab to get them out, and no need to oil them. just put them back in and then bend the tab back- nice and simple
