Ok, so the cheap Intrax springs I have now have got to go. one is kinda bent, they clunk constantly when it is wet outside, and the ride just flat out sucks.
Who can recommend a good pair of lowering springs that have at least a 1.5" drop?
my buddy has a pair of B&G but i'm not sure if they even make them anymore.
Any help?
Thanks!

Reason: forgot something
You're one of the few (if only) people that I've talked to who actually had complaints with Intrax springs. I would have a set of Intrax springs on my car but it already came with lowering springs, so I'm trying to sell them now.

sprint springs are good. they are softer but hold up well and i had mine on both my gen3s for over 4 years and they were great, epsecially since half of that time i was running JUST the springs and oem shocks. i would definatly run them with aftermerket shocks though since the drop is low and since they are not as stiff as most they can be bouncy and will ware out faster. oh and its a 1.8 drop.
COs are gonna be coslty, the k-sports can be had for around 900+ i believe.
Sorry for my ignorance RedCamry. I don't know if your coupe is I4 or V6. If V6, what about the Gen4/Solara Tein springs. I think they're about the drop you're looking for and Milt has proven their application on V6 coupes....
well my shocks were crap after riding on thoes springs for so long...but that in turn wore out the springs. i would take a guess that the shocks are going, if not bad already, and shoulc prolly be replaced with aftermarket if you gonna go aftermarket springs.
its probably not the Intrax springs making the noise ... (most likely spring seats, insulators, etc.) ... which is why is good to upgrade everything at once when you do an install
<edit> since you said it has to do with steering wheel turning it could be CV/Axle related </edit>
they are actually a fairly decent spring, and you cant get much better for a lower drop unfortunately
i bet its the same noise i was having .... in which case its the strut mounts
but it could also be the spring seat insulators ... the spring might be moving around on top of them and fall back into place making that noise (not quite as likely, but its happened to people before)
if you are really serious about it, i would tear down the entire strut assemblies and inspect each part ... you wont really know whats wrong unless you do that .... or at least thats what happened in my case
and all gen 3s have similar issues

when i turn the steering wheel if it is raining or has rained during the day its a clunking noise, that will happen as i turn the wheel
i say strut mount. mine did the exact same thing. what had actually happened to mine is the small washer between the strut and strut mount wore out and the strut and strut mount make contact with each other.
Before you even buy another spring get aftermarket struts first like tokicos or at least kyb's but tokicos would be best since many regret buying kybs instead of tokicos because of the difference in performance while the ride is not much harsher but that's what many has said.
What Venom said is a good idea it's not the springs but the other things described that could be the culprit. Besides aren't the intrax a bit higher in quality wise than sprint and especially dropzone?? The other better springs will drop it less so you are stuck on that and tein springs on your 4cyl hasn't been tried yet I'll be on that soon.
Just to clarify it's the teins made for the 99 solara (1st gen) the gen4 camry teins are of a different drop than that of the solara's.
