Windshield Washer Randomly Works

As the thread of the title indicates, my windershield washer pump tends to work for weeks, then it stops....then it works again....and now it has stopped for how long I do not know? (I don't hear the motor at all). Seems like a loose connection somewhere.

Is there a relay or fuse for this? If so where is it (as I cannot find it in the manual)?

Also where is the pump? Any input is appreciated,

There is a combo wiper-washer relay and control switch.

The motor is located under the frame where the washer fluid tank neck extends out.
