Best guess on what to look for

Ok, well its been about 10 months since i got this car (1995 camry v6 xle) And when i first purchased it the fuse under the hood that controls the dome light radio and something else probably. (20amp) was out, after searching and asking on TN i found out where it was and changed out. It worked fine until about november

Now here in Georgia we were and still are in a drought. so it was pretty dry last summer, But around november, and december i guess we got more precipitation. and you know what happened near the end of last week if you saw the news. (rain rain rain tornado rain)

To get to the point it seems like i have been having to change that same fuse the more often it rains. Now any ideas as far as how to track down exactly where water might be shorting out the fuse. or where to look first, seeing that it more than likely has soemthing to do with moisture? Only one other time i can think of that fuse blowing and it hadnt rained a whole lot was after i had transmission fluid drained and refilled at dealership.

Any tips or best ideas to look for the problem please let me know

Dome fuse goes to the door courtesy switches, door lock control relay, combination meter, clock, integration relay, interior and luggage lights, moon roof, radio, and antenna motor. Might look at the wiring where it is exposed to water.

The wiring running between to the drivers door and chassis can become frayed over time resulting in electrical issues.
