I need a picture of area around the gauges and the ac vents. Im trying to take my gauge cluster out but theres this cheesy wood grain all over covering it all. If anyone could post a decent picture of one stock Id appreciate it.

I got the "cheesy" wood trim and got the dash of multiple times...

You won't believe how simple this is compared to American cars.

The wood trim in fact doesn't cover ANY screws.

So here's what you do...

Step 1:Pry off the little U-shaped panel that surrounds the radio and contains the cigarette lighter. Start from the bottom to the sides and then the top will just remove itself as you pull pull the bottom towards you.

Step 2:Locate the two Phillips screws located right under the A/C controls each side of the radio and unscrew the two other screws in the holes right over the instrument cluster.

Step 3:The whole wooden panel will have to be pried at different location(notably the left hand side) and should reveal the whole dash internal.

Step 4:Just remove the 4 screws(2 on each side) on the instrument cluster and unplug the wires it should come out pretty easily.

Have fun!!! I changed my dash lights recently so it's pretty fresh in my mind. If you have more questions, don't be shy to ask!

Ok thanks, ill try that out. The "wood grain" is discolored and chipping off at one spot. I wish I could just rip it all off lol.

Ill let you know if I get it off.
