4th Generation Gen 4 front axle noise question

I got into an accident a few months ago since then I replaced lower left control arm and inner tie rod front bumper left fender and headlight. Everything is painted and it drives straight (alignment done after installation of new parts) my main concern is when I take a sharp turn to my right or left I get this CLUNK CLUNK CLUNK ............... sound and then it goes away when the wheel is straight. I haven't had a chance to take a look at the axle yet could it be my CV joint? I didn't notice anything leaking. Anyone have any idea on how to fix it?

Classic CV joint noise. The usual fix is to exchange the half shaft for a rebuilt one.

^ +1. This is the classic sign of a bad cv joint. When you turn right the weight of the car is switched to the left side. This causes a worn cv joint on the left side to click.

4th Generation

anyone have a DIY on how to change a cv joint? that would be helpful. I am planning on changing all 4 shocks and springs so it's probably the best time to do everything.
