That site explains what that code means, new transmission oil or additives will not help with a possible electrical problem. You need to diagnose whether this is a torque converter problem or a wiring/electrical problem with the TC lockup circuit.

You need to fix this soon, driving a long way without the TC locking up will KILL your gas mileage and cook your transmission fluid leading to a very expensive fix from a fairly expensive fix.
