help needed on code P0441

My check engine light is on and OBD II scanner reads the code of P0441: EVAP Emission Control System Purge Flow Fault.

Which Areas should I check in which order?

Thanks for your help.

i have this same code with my 99 solara v6, i replaced my charcoal canister for $200, and the codes went away, i've been resetting it with my odb ii scanner before i replaced for 3 months, and seem like the codes came back around 50 miles after driving. i could have done trial and error and replace each vsv valve, but since the charcoal canister has all the valved included, i just bit the bullet and swap thing whole thing instead.
