Help with P0 codes

Just before i start the Car is a 1997 Toyota Camry V6 with 302000 km on it and has had a hard life

after changing the spark plugs the car has developed the following codes
P0130
P0133
P0150
P0153

which to my knowledge deal with the o2 sensors the car runs great with the exception of a rought idle in Park or Neutral. With a Car with this high mileage is it worth wile to fix
