Jeff 96 Camry was right! After you get all three bolts loose, it's just a wiggle and a twist to get everything out. My timing belt is done and I did the water pump too.
Bonus, I took photos, so I'll be making a "sticky" worthy post on the water pump change soon.

Hi all, I got stuck during a timing belt change regarding that thing under the "dogbone" motor mount.
if you look at the red arrow, you will see it points to a bolt. I got this one loose, but it seems to hit the body. The bolt is too long to remove. There looks to be three bolts total, and as far as I can tell you need to remove this -- as well as the dogbone -- before you can remove the upper timing belt cover.
any ideas?
(oh, and is there anyway to scale a picture, or do I need to photoshop-shrink the photo first?)
